For my project not only did I read a variety of books, I also watched many programmes. Most of which I found online on sites like iplayer, 40d and obviously the ever resourceful you tube. Below are a variety of my favourites. Again there is so much online to enjoy if you know what your looking for which I found extremely helpful for resource purposes and just for general viewing.
If your looking for something along the lines of how the media have influenced teenage diets i found the documentary "Superskinny me" brilliant. It depicts many of the current hollywood diets and demonstrated to the viewer how dangerous these diets actually are.
