Recommended Reading

During my project I have spent copious amounts of time reading up on diet, and reading a variety of books based around my title to try and broaden my knowledge. Below I have comprised a list of recommended titles that are great to read for anyone who wants to know a bit more about diets, eating disorders and even the science involved in food and eating.

For you Zuckerberg, computer fanatic's out there are also many links for you to click on and dive into.

One thing I have learnt from this project is to not believe everything you read, especially when there is science involved. You have to take everything with a pinch of salt!

It is so important that just because you have read an article claiming that you will loose a stone on a 200 calorie diet, that this does not mean that is is safe or even true. Make sure you check facts, figure, quotes posted on the internet before fully believing something as there is a lot of false data and fake science out there!
